The Internet approaches 40 years, and like much things of life reaching the average age, it starts to show signs of use. It now is put at the uses that its creators never considered. Can we should hope on top to continue to increase, or to consider us to start more from another thing? In fact, there is a certain number of projects of university currently receiving the government placing with this idea with the spirit. The teams carrying out these projects believe that we must start more from one clean slate. They move to the original claims which were established in the Internet when they were constant towards the end of 1969 and insist on the fact that they do not apply any more. In fact, they hold us behind not to do with the kinds of changes which can address questions such as the Spam, the botnets, and other problems, to the word anything to handle some of newer technologies so that the users obtain the majority out of them. The Internet can increase and develop incredibly fast, but research takes time, and it could be one decade or two before we see all that will affect to us.
